This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to any physical goods (merchandise) you purchase from Roadbook India and delivery of digital products (trail routes, .KML files, PDFs) sold through roadbookindia.com.

1. Digital Products (Immediate Delivery)

  • After successful payment, digital products are delivered via:

    • Instant download link on the order confirmation page; and/or

    • Email containing the download link or attachment.

  • Download links may expire after 5 or 7 days.

  • If you do not receive the download email, check spam or contact [contact@roadbookindia.com] with your order ID.

2. Physical Products (Merchandise)

  • Shipping Regions: We ship within India. For international shipping please contact us in advance.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–10 business days depending on location and courier partner. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are displayed at checkout based on weight and delivery address. Free shipping promotions will be displayed if applicable.

  • Courier & Tracking: We ship through third-party couriers. Tracking details will be emailed once the order ships.

  • Delay & Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs (for international), strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect shipments on delivery. For damaged items, do not accept the package or note the damage with the courier and contact us within 48 hours at [contact@roadbookindia.com] with photos and order details.

  • For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier to trace the package. If the courier confirms loss, we will offer a replacement or refund per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Returns (for Physical Goods)

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging. Customized items may not be returnable.

  • Return shipping costs: buyer should ship the products to us.
