This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to purchases of digital goods (trail routes), event registrations and tickets, memberships, Dirt Park bookings, and physical merchandise purchased via roadbookindia.com.

1. Digital Downloads (.KML, PDFs)

  • Non-Refundable: Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once the download link has been generated or file access granted.

  • Exceptions: Refunds will be considered if:

    • The file is corrupted or unusable; or

    • We delivered the wrong file and cannot provide a correct replacement in a reasonable time.

  • If eligible, contact [contact@roadbookindia.com] within 24 hours of purchase with order ID and issue. We may request evidence of the problem.

2. Event Registrations & Tour Bookings

  • Standard Events:

    • Full refund if cancellation request is received at least 30 days before event start, minus payment processing fees.

    • 50% refund if cancelled between 29–8 days before event.

    • No refund if cancelled within 7 days of the event (unless the event is cancelled by Roadbook India).

  • Multi-day Tours / Custom Tours: Cancellation terms specific to the tour will be displayed during booking and may include different timelines and non-refundable deposits.

3. Dirt Park Bookings (On-site Sessions & Training)

  • Advance Booking Cancellation:

    • Full refund if cancelled 7 Days before the booked slot, minus processing fees.

    • 50% refund if cancelled between 7–2 days before the slot.

    • 20% refund if cancelled between 48–24 hours before the slot.

    • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the slot.

  • No-shows: No refund will be provided for no-shows.

4. Memberships

  • Recurring Memberships: May be cancelled via your account or by emailing [contact@roadbookindia.com]. Cancellation stops future auto-renewals, but previously charged subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Pro-rated refunds: Not typically provided unless explicitly stated in the membership terms at purchase.

  • Trial Promotions: Any free trial offer will be governed by the terms presented at signup.

5. Physical Merchandise

  • Returns & Refunds: See Shipping & Delivery Policy. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed after receipt and inspection of returned items. Refunds issued to the original payment method may take 7–14 business days to reflect.

  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel before the item is shipped, we will refund the order amount minus any processing fees.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Payment processor timelines vary. We are not responsible for payment gateway processing delays.

  • We may withhold refunds to investigate fraud or abuse.

7. Event/Postponement by Roadbook India

  • If Roadbook India cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund or credit towards a future event (your choice, where applicable).

  • If an event is postponed, registrants will be offered a credit, transfer to the new date, or refund if they cannot attend.

8. How to Request a Refund/Cancellation

    • Order/Booking ID

    • Name on order

    • Reason for cancellation/refund

    • Any supporting documentation

  • We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

9. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy; changes are posted on the website with an updated Effective Date.
