These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at roadbookindia.com and any subpages, services, digital downloads (.KML, PDFs), events, bookings and memberships offered by Roadbook India (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into contracts to use and purchase through our Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Account & Security

  • To access certain features you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases & Payment

  • When you purchase digital goods, event tickets, memberships, or physical merchandise, you agree to pay all fees shown at checkout.

  • Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Razorpay). By purchasing you agree to the processor’s terms and that your payment information may be handled by them.

  • We do not store full card details on our servers. For recurring membership charges you authorize the payment processor to charge your saved payment method.

4. Digital Downloads & Licenses

  • Digital goods (trail maps, .KML files, PDFs) are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased files for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified.

  • Redistribution, resale, sharing, copying or public posting of purchased files is prohibited without our written permission.

5. Events, Tours & Park Bookings

  • Event participation, multi-day tours, and Dirt Park bookings require compliance with our safety rules and may require execution of a liability waiver.

  • We may cancel or modify events for safety or operational reasons. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Our Cancellation & Refund Policy governs refunds for all purchases. By purchasing you confirm you have read and accepted that policy.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful activities.

  • Post false or misleading information.

  • Interfere with or damage our Services or other users’ experience.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All website content, trademarks, logos, photographs and materials are our property or licensed to us. All rights reserved.

  • If you submit content (reviews, photos), you grant Roadbook India a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and site purposes.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Our Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee results, trail conditions, or specific outcomes.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roadbook India’s total liability for any claim arising from use of the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

  • We are not responsible for third-party content, partner services, or acts of other riders.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Roadbook India against any claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. If material changes occur, we will notify account holders by email or site notice. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
